28:59 · Para 20
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبْعَثَ فِىٓ أُمِّهَا رَسُولًۭا يَتْلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَٰتِنَا ۚ وَمَا كُنَّا مُهْلِكِى ٱلْقُرَىٰٓ إِلَّا وَأَهْلُهَا ظَٰلِمُونَ
Wa maa kaana Rabbuka muhlikal quraa hattaa yab'asa feee ummihaa Rasoolany yatloo 'alaihim aayaatina; wa maa kunnaa muhlikil quraaa illaa wa ahluhaa zaalimoon
And never did thy Lord destroy the townships, till He had raised up in their mother(-town) a messenger reciting unto them Our revelations. And never did We destroy the townships unless the folk thereof were evil-doers.

اور تیرا رب نہیں غارت کرنے والا بستیوں کو جب تک نہ بھیج لے ان کی بڑی بستی میں کسی کو پیغام دے کر جو سنائے انکو ہماری باتیں [۸۳] اور ہم ہر گز نہیں غارت کرنے والے بستیوں کو مگر جب کہ وہاں کے لوگ گنہگار ہوں [۸۴]
