ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ

'A-antum anzaltumoohu minal muzni am nahnul munziloon

Is it ye who shed it from the raincloud, or are We the Shedder?
