The Clear Proof: those who believe, and the best of creatures.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ لَمْ يَكُنِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ مُنفَكِّينَ حَتَّىٰ تَأْتِيَهُمُ ٱلْبَيِّنَةُ
Lam ya kunil lazeena kafaru min ahlil kitaabi wal mushri keena mun fak keena hattaa ta-tiya humul bayyinah
Those who disbelieve among the People of the Scripture and the idolaters could not have left off (erring) till the clear proof came unto them,
نہ تھے وہ لوگ جو منکر ہیں اہل کتاب اور مشرک [۱] باز آنے والے یہاں تک کہ پہنچے اُنکے پاس کھلی بات
رَسُولٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ يَتْلُوا۟ صُحُفًۭا مُّطَهَّرَةًۭ
Rasoolum minal laahi yatlu suhufam mutahharah
A messenger from Allah, reading purified pages
ایک رسول اللہ کا پڑھتا ہو ورق پاک [۲]
فِيهَا كُتُبٌۭ قَيِّمَةٌۭ
Feeha kutubun qaiyimah
Containing correct scriptures.
اس میں لکھی ہیں کتابیں مضبوط [۳]
وَمَا تَفَرَّقَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَتْهُمُ ٱلْبَيِّنَةُ
Wa maa tafarraqal lazeena ootul kitaaba il-la mim b'adi ma jaa-at humul baiyyinah
Nor were the People of the Scripture divided until after the clear proof came unto them.
اور وہ جو پھوٹ پڑی اہل کتاب میں سو جب کہ آ چکی اُنکے پاس کھلی بات [۴]
وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓا۟ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ حُنَفَآءَ وَيُقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤْتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ دِينُ ٱلْقَيِّمَةِ
Wa maa umiroo il-la liy'abu dul laaha mukhliseena lahud-deena huna faa-a wa yuqeemus salaahta wa yu-tuz zakaata; wa zaalika deenul qaiyimah
And they are ordered naught else than to serve Allah, keeping religion pure for Him, as men by nature upright, and to establish worship and to pay the poor-due. That is true religion.
اور انکو حکم یہی ہوا کہ بندگی کریں اللہ کی خالص کر کے اُسکے واسطے بندگی ابراہیم کی راہ پر [۵] اور قائم رکھیں نماز اور دیں زکوٰۃ اور یہ ہے راہ مضبوط لوگوں کی [۶]
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمْ شَرُّ ٱلْبَرِيَّةِ
Innal lazeena kafaru min ahlil kitaabi wal mushri keena fee nari jahan nama khaali deena feeha; ulaa-ika hum shar rul ba reeyah
Lo! those who disbelieve, among the People of the Scripture and the idolaters, will abide in fire of hell. They are the worst of created beings.
اور جو منکر ہوئے اہل کتاب اور مشرک ہونگے دوزخ کی آگ میں سدا رہیں اُس میں [۷] وہ لوگ ہیں سب خلق سے بدتر [۸]
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمْ خَيْرُ ٱلْبَرِيَّةِ
Innal lazeena aamanu wa 'amilus saalihaati ula-ika hum khairul bareey yah
(And) lo! those who believe and do good works are the best of created beings.
وہ لوگ جو یقین لائے اور کئے بھلے کام وہ لوگ ہیں سب خلق سے بہتر [۹]
جَزَآؤُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنَّٰتُ عَدْنٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًۭا ۖ رَّضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِىَ رَبَّهُۥ
Jazaa-uhum inda rabbihim jan naatu 'adnin tajree min tahtihal an haaru khalideena feeha abada; radiy-yallaahu 'anhum wa ra du 'an zaalika liman khashiya rabbah.
Their reward is with their Lord: Gardens of Eden underneath which rivers flow, wherein they dwell for ever. Allah hath pleasure in them and they have pleasure in Him. This is (in store) for him who feareth his Lord.
بدلا اُن کا اُنکے رب کے یہاں باغ ہیں ہمیشہ رہنے کو نیچے بہتی ہں اُنکے نہریں سدا رہیں اُں میں ہمیشہ اللہ اُن سے راضی اور وہ اُس سے راضی [۱۰] یہ ملتا ہے اسکو جو ڈرا اپنے رب سے [۱۱]
